At SSTANGO we redefine value engineering in a way that enable our clients bring only the best of their products into a competitive market space and still manage to make profit. What we do is to breakdown our client's organization/ company and build it backup into a modern entity that is efficient and competitive. How we do this is by engaging with it at the core and looking into the nitty gritty day to day operations. This way we can suggest what to change, what to improve and what to eliminate to enable the organization be more efficient and save on production cost. We are just not about hardware as engineering is thought of but we look at personnel as well because they are the core of any organization and they play a big part in ensuring the success or failure of a company. People just like machines need attention and care to ensure that the function at their optimum. We engage with personnel and see how they relate with other factors of production i.e machinery and this way we can suggest whether they need further training to impart new skills or need other factors to motivate them and enable them work better and efficiently. At the end of the day our main focus is bringing an organization into the 21 century stronger and better equipped to deal with new challenges that come everyday in our dynamic work places and the world at large.
